Men’s Mental Health Group (6 Weeks) -

This 6-week program is designed for adult men who want to explore their emotions, strengthen their relationships, and develop healthier ways to cope with stress. Each 60-minute session combines real conversation, practical tools, and a supportive space to challenge the pressure to "man up" and instead build connection, self-awareness, and resilience. Whether you're navigating stress, struggling in silence, or just ready to grow, this group is for you.

• Communication and relationship skills
• Substance use and emotional coping

Teen Emotional Resilience Group (6 Weeks) –
Mondays 5pm-6pm (EST)
This 6-week program is designed for teens who want to better understand their emotions, navigate conflict, and build healthy coping skills. Each 60-minute session offers a mix of real talk, hands-on tools, and a supportive space to explore what it means to respond—rather than react—when life feels overwhelming. Teens will leave with greater self-awareness, stronger emotional regulation, and more confidence in handling tough situations.
What Teens Will Learn:
• How to understand and talk about their emotions
• What triggers emotional outbursts and how to pause before reacting
• Healthy coping strategies like grounding, breathwork, and creative outlets
• How to set boundaries and express themselves without conflict
• How to feel more in control of their emotional world
Ideal for teens who
• Struggle with intense emotions, mood swings, or anxiety
• Have difficulty with conflict or friendships
• Want to build emotional confidence and resilience

Women’s Anxiety Group (6 Weeks) –

Reclaiming Calm is a 6-week group therapy designed to help women understand anxiety through the lens of science, lived experience, and self-compassion. We'll explore the neurobiology and psychology of anxiety, learn simple somatic (body-based) tools to manage distress, and develop healthier boundaries to create emotional safety and space. Whether your anxiety shows up as overthinking, shutdown, people-pleasing, or a racing heart—you're not alone. This is a supportive and trauma-informed space where you'll learn to listen to your body, better understand your brain, and move from reaction to regulation. You deserve to feel safe in your mind and body.
What Women Will Learn:
• What anxiety really is and how it shows up in the brain and body
• Why the nervous system reacts the way it does—and how to help it feel safe
• Simple somatic (body-based) techniques to reduce anxiety in the moment
• How core beliefs and people-pleasing fuel anxiety
• Tools to set boundaries that protect peace and prevent overwhelm
• How to treat yourself with compassion, not criticism, when anxiety strikes
Ideal for women who
