Consultation, Supervision, and Training for Indiana Professionals

Consultation, Supervision, and Training

If you’re a clinician, educator, paraprofessional, or part of a community organization, you may be navigating complex situations that don’t always have clear answers.

You might be supporting individuals with high needs, working within systems that feel stretched, or trying to apply trauma-informed care in real-world settings where things don’t always go as planned. At times, it can feel like you’re expected to have the answers — without always having the space or support to think things through.

Supporting the “self of the therapist,” including boundaries, burnout prevention, and reflective practice

Our goal is to help students become not just competent clinicians — but confident, thoughtful, and adaptable professionals.
